To become a member of an ERG,
- Head to the page of the ERG that you’re interested in joining
- Click the “Join this ERG!” banner at the top of the ERG Overview Page
- Click the button that says “Join this ERG”
- On the New Member form, provide any information about yourself that you’d like for the Leads to know, and submit!
- Once the ERG Leads have reviewed your request, they’ll approve your request and welcome you into the ERG!
When you submit your ERG Membership Request, the ERG leads receive details from your Verbate Profile and the note you leave in the form.
Make sure your ERG Profile is well updated to ensure that the ERG leads can learn more about you and how to support you!
